GIFTS There is nothing nicer than receiving a gift, If you have a gift in mind for someone special, we can add a personalised gift tag at no extra charge, just let us know if it is a gift and write your note at the checkout. RETURN POLICY If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be exchanged for a store credit. Items must be unworn / unused and returned within 14 days of delivery with tags attached. If we feel there is an obvious discrepancy with the returned items and they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, Red Chalk will either return the package to you at your expense or you will forfeit the items and the money paid at original point of purchase. Red Chalk’s decision is final. To make a return The best way to contact us regarding a return request is via email to obtain a ‘return authority number’. This allows us to convey clear information to you for speedy results. Without a return authority number your return may not be accepted and the package returned to you at your expense, we will hold the item for you until you let us know of your intentions. EXCHANGE POLICY If you would like to exchange your item, mark your assigned ‘return authority number’ on the parcel and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS All items are checked closely for faults before dispatch and all care is taken when packaging. On the rare occurrence there is transit damage or you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately by email and we will work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis, in some cases photo evidence may be necessary. PRIVACY POLICY Red Chalk respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address. DELIVERY Within Australia All orders are sent by Australia Post or courier. Orders sent by Registered express post or courier will be delivered the following day except to remote areas which may take 2-3 days. Orders sent by Registered post will take 2-5 working days and may take longer to regional areas. Parcels vary in price depending on the size of your parcel. Registered post (2-7 days) parcels up to 500g are $8.80 and parcels up to 3 kg are $14.00. Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense once we have exhausted our own investigations to find it. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it "return to sender" or take them to your nearest post office. Without seeing the damaged item or packaging, the claim can not be processed. For further instructions contact us vie email. Outside Australia Orders delivered outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail or Express Courier. Delivery is typically 3-10 business days or 2-4 business days respectively. Loss or damage is not covered by Red Chalk and the onus will be on the buyer. *Please Note: For all our American customers, the US law states that a AUD $9.00 fee will be added to any parcel over 500g, this covers the upgrade of security checking parcels entering the country. This fee is automatically added at the checkout *Please Note: If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees will apply. When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the postal address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for postal charges, additional postal charges or replacing items that are unsuccessfully delivered because of an incorrect address entered at the time the order was placed. If an incorrect postal address is entered into our system and the order is returned to us, we will contact you immediately. If the shipping error cannot be resolved or we don't hear back from you within five business days, we will cancel the order and refund the initial purchase amount minus postal charges and a restocking fee of 20% otherwise your purchase will be forfeited. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS We make no representation that goods on this site are appropriate or available for use, purchase, or shipment to all locations outside Australia. If you are visiting this website from outside Australia you acknowledge that you are doing so of your own initiative and that you agree to comply with any local laws that apply to you. If you purchase goods from this website and we are prohibited by Australian law from sending it to the foreign address you designate, we will notify you and will either not process your order or will promptly refund any sums you have already paid to us. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - VERIFICATION, DUTIES AND FEES For our international customers' protection we may need to verify additional details regarding billing and shipping information, and may need to place conditions on the method of payment used. Orders may be rejected if we cannot verify information to our satisfaction. If we require additional information, we will be in contact with you at the email address you provide. Please note that customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate how much these fees might be, should they occur. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We are not able to mark items as "gift". CURRENCY All the prices on this site are in AUD. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY All prices are subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee the future availability of any particular item. GOODS AND SERVICES TAX/ GST We are required to collect 10% goods and services tax for the Australian government. This tax is included into the sales of our goods which is outlined at the end of your purchase. All sales to interenational customers will be exempt of GST this is outlined at the end of your purchase. PAYMENT OPTION We accept direct debit, money order, cheque and pay pal.
